All set-up and pack-up must be completed within booking time slots (unless otherwise arranged with Venue Hire Administrator).

$1400 +GST

Applies to all booking types
After-Hours: 5pm - 9pm
$800 +GST
If booking extends past 9pm, $200 +GST per hour thereafter
Event must conclude at latest 12am

For non-profit organizations, we offer a 50% discount on venue hire rates. Groups must provide evidence of their not-for-profit status in order to be eligible.

How to find Bell House
Head past Howick Historical Village, down Bells Road, towards the Rugby Club. Bell House will be on your left, with free parking directly opposite the venue.
Please do not park in the Howick Historical Village or Cafe car park.
